I embraced spring and cleaned out the coop for my hour. This looks wonderful, and I was just given some goat's milk from a friend. Was gonna do yogurt, but may need to make some cheese instead! ~Vonnie
Kinda bothered me that she said the taste is "something you have to wrap your head around" I wonder what she meant by that? Our fresh goat milk tastes exactly like fresh cows milk. You cannot tell the difference. It is statements like hers that hurt us poor goat people. The site was beautiful though, I will give her that.
thank you for all of the compliments! yes, we love our homemade cheese. the taste that is released after goats milk is heated is really something unique - hope that doesnt keep anyone from trying it!
